It’s easy for you to make a transfer in 4 simple steps. Register, get verified and login to QQPay mobile apps or online web portal. Add your recipient/ beneficiary. Select the recipient and enter the amount to transfer. Simply choose the payment method available to send your fund to us and we will take care the rest. Our global network of bank accounts and cash payout locations ensures that your funds are converted and delivered to your recipient quickly and safely.

If you need to cancel a transfer, or if you are unable to make payment for your transfer, you will need to call us as soon as you can. If you have any questions about how to make a payment to us, its best to contact us prior to confirming your transfer.

• Login to your QQPay account
• Select the “Manage Beneficiary” tab, then “New Beneficiary”.
• Fill in all the required information about your recipient such as recipient’s personal detail and bank details.
• Finally click the “Add Beneficiary” Button and you’re done. Your created beneficiary will be appear in the table list.
• You can edit or delete your beneficiary from the table under “Manage Beneficiary” tab.
